Dary Arcia Medina - Founder and Artist
Dary is a certified Permanent Makeup Artist, skincare lover, and proud mom of two. Before I found my way into the beauty world, I worked as a Software Engineer — yes, coding and computers! But deep down, I always had a passion for beauty, artistry, and making women feel radiant and confident in their own skin. Becoming a certified PMU artist allowed me to combine my precision, technical training, and creativity into something deeply personal: helping other women feel powerful and beautiful, effortlessly.
There’s nothing like seeing the smile on a client’s face the moment they look in the mirror and feel like themselves again. At my studio, it’s not just about lashes or brows — it’s about creating a space where you can relax, be seen, and leave feeling refreshed, empowered, and celebrated.
Francisco Montada - CEO
Francisco is a software engineer and serial tech founder who has built and scaled multiple startups across AI, e-commerce, and developer infrastructure. When his wife Dary set out to pursue her dream in the beauty industry, he didn't just support her — he joined her. Together, they founded La Max Studio, combining his technical expertise with her passion for beauty to create a premium med spa experience in Miami.
